This is open to members and the public and each session focuses on a topic that is relevant and important for seniors in the region.\nOffered at the Senior’s Club on Wednesdays throughout the year from 1pm-4pm (unless otherwise noted) these events are free to attend and topics range from Nutrition to Scam Awareness, from Local Services and Supports for older adults to Managing Anxiety.
