Today’s Greatitude
At the time of writing this Greatitude, the leaves were still a vibrant yellow and the winds were not in a hurry to see them drop to the ground.
Fall this year has been much like spring in that it is taking its own sweet time to unfold.
The lesson in watching the seasons is that they do not rush to meet a deadline, they are not mindful of what others’ timelines might be nor does one season rush past in favour of another.
The tilt of the earth is now shortening our days and making ready for winter’s slumber.
We are now 37 days away from the shortest day of the year and then we will return to longer daylight hours and officially embrace the season of Winter!
