Did you know that Inclusion Foothills is celebrating 25 years in the Foothills?
Some may remember us as SNAPS which was rebranded in 2020 to Inclusion Foothills.
Pan disability is how we describe who we provide services to, and that means we support all disabilities.
Diabetes, anxiety, visible disabilities and hidden ones such as mental health are all in the range of people, we help through outreach support.
In 2023, we served 1,346 families and over 4,000 individuals with access to support, jobs, training and resources.
