Today’s Greatitude
Hodge Podge revisited.
In the pursuit of creating daily tidbits designed to bring a smile, every now and then there are words that afford a little learning.
Today, we bring you a doozy! Not gibberish or brou-haha, but rather a gardyloo of words or a warning cry of new and exciting Piffle or nonsense to help identify if you’re a ragamuffin or a fuddy duddy? Did you know that the symbol to divide in a math equation is called an obelus or that the actual name for a hashtag is an octothorpe?
If your day is going catawhumps, maybe you should try pivoting to a widdershins and go in the opposite direction. You never want to be a biblioklept because that would be a hoodwink and you might just enjoy Rubaboo with a lovely sourdough!
However you approach the words in your life, may you schmooze a little joy into the week because that is how this whirligig of a world keeps turning- sprinkled with a little Greatitude.
